The Grand Canyon Legal Center was established to champion our constitutional freedoms in court, ensuring that our laws are enforced, civil rights are protected and government overreach is stopped.

For decades radical organizations and activist lawyers have used our legal system to dismantle our constitutional principles of limited government. These lawfare tactics have often met little resistance in court, resulting in more power for politicians and unelected bureaucrats and less freedom for citizens.

OUR MISSION

The Grand Canyon Legal Center’s mission is to actively fight and defend the constitution and rule of law in Arizona. We intend to utilize the best legal minds in the state to engage in strategic litigation, provide legal support, and represent any citizen that finds their freedoms under attack.
